Return Policy Details
Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don\'t meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
For US orders over $50, we provide a prepaid return label. For orders under $50, a $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You\'ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return sale items?
Yes, sale items can be returned for store credit within 30 days. Final sale items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@runactivewear.com with photos. We\'ll send a replacement at no charge.
Can I return items to a physical store?
Currently, we only accept returns by mail. We don\'t have physical store locations for returns. All returns must be shipped using our prepaid label.
How do I track my return?
You\'ll receive tracking information when you print your return label. You can also check the status of your return in your account under "Order History".
